Join us!<br> </p><p><b>Job Description:</b><br>This job is responsible for providing leadership, technical direction and oversight to a team delivering technology solutions. Key responsibilities of the job are to provide oversight of the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex computer programs, align technical solutions to business objectives, and ensure that coding practices/quality comply with software development standards. Job expectations include conducting multiple software implementations and applying both depth and breadth in knowledge of several technical competencies.</p><p></p><p><b>Position Summary:</b></p><p>This is an exciting opportunity to join Enterprise Payments Technology (EPT) and be part of a dynamic and fun team with amazing leadership. EPT is a global payments team which provides a wide range of financial platforms and services. EPT is made of core payment business technology functions including Merchant Solutions, Card Issuing, Digital Wallets, Transfers, Liability Payments and Settlement. EPT facilitates the movement of roughly $693 trillion through the processing of approximately 18.8 billion transactions a year to more than 66 million consumer/small business relationships and 2 million wealth management clients. The Merchant Business Software Suite (MBSS) team is responsible for the delivery of a largescale, multi-year program to provide a scalable and customizable point-of-sale software across a broader set of industry verticals. The initiative arises from a recent strategic acquisition to broaden the Bank’s Merchant Services capabilities.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Designs, develops and is accountable for feature delivery</li><li>Applies enterprise standards for solution design, coding and quality</li><li>Ensures solution meets product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt</li><li>Guides the team on work breakdown and execution</li><li>Works with the Product Owner to ensure that product backlog/requirements are healthy, with clear acceptance criteria</li><li>Plays a team lead role (as an individual contributor) and mentors the team</li><li>Guides team members with skills and practices (planning and estimation, peer reviews, and other engineering practices)</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>5+ years experience coding solutions and unit testing to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.</li><li>5+ years experience Designing/developing/modifying architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintained.</li><li><span>Proven experience with Flutter and Dart in production-level applications.</span></li><li><span>Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, and JSON</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile development methodologies.</span></li><li>Experience mentoring other Software Engineers and coach team on CI CD practices and automating tool stack.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Desired Qualifications:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Experience Point of Sale Applications</span></li><li><span>Preferred Experience with Payment Gateways</span></li><li><span>Mobile App Development</span></li><li><span>Android Development</span></li><li><span>Flutter Development</span></li><li><span>Merchant Services Experience</span></li><li><span>Payments Experience</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Automation</li><li>Influence</li><li>Result Orientation</li><li>Stakeholder Management</li><li>Technical Strategy Development</li><li>Architecture</li><li>Business Acumen</li><li>Risk Management</li><li>Solution Delivery Process</li><li>Solution Design</li><li>Agile Practices</li><li>Analytical Thinking</li><li>Collaboration</li><li>Data Management</li><li>DevOps Practices</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Shift:</b></p>1st shift (United States of America)<p></p><p></p><p><b>Hours Per Week: </b></p>40</div>
