Retail Experience Supervisor Yardbird
As the Retail Experience Supervisor, you'll lead a small team selling Yardbird outdoor furniture within a Best Buy store. You'll help customers discover products they love while driving business results. You'll lead by example, improve processes and drive performance in a hands-on retail environment.
What you'll do Lead daily Yardbird operations to create a great experience for customers and employees. Drive sales growth and operational excellence by optimizing shift schedules, leveraging promotional tools and by planning floor coverage, supporting promotions, and modeling strong selling behaviors. Analyze revenue and other performance data to identify opportunities and take action to improve results. Coach and develop your team through regular feedback, product knowledge support and performance conversations. Solve customer concerns and operational issues with a proactive, solution-focused mindset. Build strong partnerships with store leaders, designers and local trade partners to grow community engagement and sales.
Basic qualifications 1 year of people leadership experience in a retail environment. 2 years of retail, sales or customer service experience. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred qualifications Experience with luxury or premium retail brands. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to stay motivated and productive during low traffic periods. Comfortable working in fast paced or high pressure situations. Comfortable using mobile technology to engage customers.
